How to submit a return

Return Policy

*All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.

*Returned items must be in the original box or container and in the same condition as when originally received.

*Click here for an example on how to package your returns.

*Electrical and special ordered parts are NOT-returnable.

*All returnable parts must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

*All parts must be inspected upon arrival.

*Damaged parts returns must be submitted within 3 days of receipt.

*All CORES must be returned in the original packaging/container, NO EXCEPTIONS.

*All returns are subject to review.

*Total Loss returns carry up to a 35% restocking fee.

Not-returnable parts include the following...

         Airbag
         Seatbelt
         Headliner
         Roof Panel
         Bed Assembly
         Full Frame Assembly 
         Quarter Panel (Non Stocking)
         Bedside Panel (Non Stocking)

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above requirements.

If we have your email address on file, you will receive an email notifying you that the credit has been written along with a copy of the credit.
